Why I Am Different From High Street Letting Agents
Evening Viewings
Unlike other letting agents, I will host viewings in the evenings for the simple reason that working tenants tend to be at work during the day. This leads to a larger pool of potential tenants to select from and also reducing the time to let your property.
Cancel At Any Time With No Fee
I am so confident with the service I provide to you, that if you are unhappy at any time you can cancel the contract with me and you won't have to continue to pay the management fee. I know this sounds like it should be the norm but the majority of agents will have you tied into paying them the whole time the tenant is there, regardless of how poor their service is.
