Tenant find fee: £795 + VAT (or 4 week’s rent + VAT if management is not required)

(Deposit protection and comprehensive referencing is included as part of the tenant find fee. Only chargeable if requested separately. )

If you fail to pay the rent lawfully due in full before the end of the period of 14 days from the Rent Payment Date you will pay interest at an annual percentage rate of 4% above the National Westminster Bank base rate to the amount of rent that remains unpaid for each full day the payment is outstanding

Default fee for lost keys or other respective security devices – actual cost of replacement

Early Termination (Tenant’s Request)
Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.

VAT is not currently chargeable, if or when I become VAT registered the VAT rate will be charge at the prevailing rate.
